The more they ggive higher target prices   The more the stocks go down.
   Whitecap has reach the limit and will go down from here

Price forecasts are based on projected production and commodity prices.   Target prices are going up because WTI strip prices which $70+ bucks.  Stocks are going down because it is June and inflation uncertainty.   You can try to day trade this period, hope you have good gambler's luck.
