Agreed ! Well no one has a crystal ball , I do feel that it will be trending towards 6 dollars to 6.5 dollars and I wouldn't be shocked if it begins to test its 52 week high in the next 6 weeks with the push to the 52 week high coming the prior week or two before the 3 Q release. If they raise the dividend , and.... or discuss raising it , I believe we will
