Oil is a hair under 90.  I get profit taking !!  Who ever thought I will take some profit.  Or I will get out now because it's only going lower.   

    Than sat back and watched it only to trim back and you just lost the best position of your life.  !! 

 If the fundamentals are still the same , and oil is at 90 dollars essentially.  With earnings coming that are expected to be good , than I agree if your not over weight already.  Or your if your not tapped than this is a nice little pull back.   Didn't National just give us a 16.50 target last week.   Most are 12.      

     I must admit I don't like to see days like today.  So o type these messages to remind myself as much as anything.   The API numbers are released later ?  Who knows !

Lots of selling and higher then normal volume. Days like today are definitely painful to watch. I held back on both fronts No buying, no selling.

2.4 million traded over the normal volume. Company buying back shares , margin calls or Investors getting gun shy?

I was watching the buy sell. It shows who is wanting in and who wants out.     The sell side at the end of the day was dribs and drabs.  The buy side was 83 k 50 k all large numbers right on down.        So people were wanting in at that price.  In all honesty I think we were do for a pull back.   We went from 7 to 9 plus.   Just don't like

I guess its a little sad to say, but I'm getting used to days like these. I'm guessing I'm not the only one.  Once again, when some stocks, (ours included) take a good run up its pretty much inevitable there will be  a pull back, I do agree with you1970Craig 5% is a bit much. While dissappointed in todays performance I'm hanging in as there is no doubt in my mind there

640 Million shares outstanding, paying divi and not focusing on debt and share buybacks, infact still issueing for deals.  Thats what causes it to lag, and drop.  Yes I hope the financials are very good but instead of a small pittance of a divi increase, but back shares at this price and pay down debt.  Think HWX!!!!  only 9200 BOEPD, much less shares and golly gee....DEBT FREE
