I sold today

Sold out my position, moved it elsewhere in the cdn oil patch. At the end of the day, slept on my objectives overnight, came to the conclusion that my objective and WCP's objective weren't the same resulting from this acquisition so I moved on.
I think the acquisition is ok although there is some commodity price risk but they kicked shareholder returns down the road and that's where the objectives diverged

Same here. I sold off all my long holdings today. Grant and board are living in a world completely disconnected from long term holders. I'm out likely for the rest of the summer. Maybe buy back in for a swing trade in the fall when share prices are much lower. With management and boards jumping back on the growth band wagon and deferring shareholders, there's little reason to hold shares
