“Full legalization” is not required
We have been over this before. "Full legalization" is not required in order to define a "triggering event". End of discussion.

I agree but one thing has me confused why did Acerage file an S1 with sec if Canopy going to get in USA would they not merge making an Acerage uplist unnecessary?Or maybe they are not going to pull trigger on Acrg and merge or buyout a different mso?

Homestretch if you know anything you know if Canopy takes over Acerage there is no need for Acerage to file an S1 with the sec so what your saying is that will not be a triggering event?

Also canopy has changed that deal 4 times haven't they wasn't it originally 3.4 billion down to 800 million so they must have an amendment clause in the deal could you fill me in on the fine print of the contract?

Homestretch you obviously are not in business and have never seen how complicated contracts are Canopy can kill this Acerage deal 100 percent or dilute it to a point it doesn't make sense for acrg forcing them to back out.You think Acrg would have taken 2.5 billion less if they had a choice?

Oh my God you're an id!ot. I haven't ignored anyone in a long time but I have my hands full with Starcrapper and Lou(ser). You have no clue what you are talking about so there is no point debating you. There are so many things in your posts that are just plain wrong or you are purposely lying. Say hi to all the other losers on iggie mountain.
