I still love Canopy Growth...

I do feel like a bonehead for not selling at $70.00 (missed it rwice).  When it hits $70.00 next time I will probably hit "$ELL".  I wanted  to hang on to my shares so I could gift them to my son some day, but we'll have to see about that.  It all depends on the price I guess.

Hey, I don't know you but here is my view on it and take it or leave it. You and many other longs didn't sell at $70 the first time or at $70 the second time. At first glance, fools like starcrapper and all his other aliases use hindsight to make you feel bad about your decision. But here's the thing. Why didn't you or the other longs sell? It's because you and they know that ...more

CGC position in the US is meaningless since they are losing money. It doesn't mean it wil not be profitable in a few years. I am not willing to lose money like you do because they will eventually be profitable. When CGC will be on their way to deliver, I might invest, and it is not anytime soon. Watchout for the next quarter result.  You see things from your bubble. I sold CGC, well ...more

No you didn't.  Your roll, of troll, was trying convince people all last Fall and until senate flip in early Jan, that canopy was too expensive and will be cheaper.   where's Lou?

The things you believe just come out of your head. You invent scenarios that suit you. If you were a little bit realistic, you wouldn't be so much in the red. At some point, someone should get a clue, and get out of his fantasizing world.  Thumbings you up with your other Weedthenorth account, doesn't make you any smarter.

Nice try gaslighter. I dont know North, but, would be rad to meet him at the playa in 51 weeks.  Remeber, this is bullboartd for canopy.  so most people here, share the same thesis.   I that I had you on ignore, will fix that now.

I don't care how many believers there are. I post facts like the declining revenues since the last three quarters, while the Canadian market increased its sells. So, CGC lost market shares to competitor because of the decreasing revenues. I don't invest based on emotions and frivolous scenarios. You wouldn't want me to join your group to lose money? Stay in your own bubble, you will ...more

Here's the deal - I did not sell at 5, 7, 13, 17 and those were great decisions, in spite of the bozos who were mocking me and others when the stock went back down to 2. Another smart guy told me I should have sold at 44, since it was never going ro go back to that number ... then 70 happened. It's all about your investment/ trading style. Some people have time during the day to make ...more

The difference between amazon and canopy is the size of the market. A lot of people have been wiped out buy holding stocks which is much worse than missing some profits. To justify the price today Canopy needs to net profit over a dollar a share minimum or over 400 million in profit not sales. That is also only if they don't dilute shareholders more which is doubtful. Holding these stocks long ...more

If only fact-less stories ran the world, right?

I can see why you fight on here so much you're about as smart as a bag of turds and unable to have a conversation about serious issues with this company. So you believe Canopy will be making over 1 EPS? In a market that's can't sustain a company like that. They'd have to have sales of over a billion and control almost all of the market in Canada. After us legalization all of these ...more

Incoherent ramblings. If you believe the US companies are better, why are you here every day posting? Dient make sense does it? You are rarely wrong but never right is a phrase that fits you like a glove.

Thank you for the kind words...generational wealth.  Now there's two words that we don't hear that often, it has a nice ring.

We are in the same boat ST0 and while the losses are on paper only they fall well short of heart warming for longs and while there are a lot of good folks, along with plenty of info, on the board there and will be the losers/ lwlife that have little if anything to offer...ignore works well if required. This is a budding industry, pun intended, in every sense of the word as far as investing, while ...more

Not to worry yet ST0, hind sight is always 20/20 and with the paper loss since $70 is probably more the norm for most of the green invested in this company...and you could be selling at a healthy multiple of $70 going forward. While nobody here knows, myself included, what is going to happen going forward one has to balance the facts and gleen out the fiction and noise. The facts are that CGC is ...more

What uber BS. You can make an exercise and look at the declining revenues since 3 quarters. Too much competition for the pie. The only thing you offer is bla bla bla. CGC will not be profitable before 2023, though it will be push to later, seeing the financials.
Comment by OptGreen on Sep 12, 2021 5:47pm
You are truely tiny minded and weak Rot, but have to say you are consistent...consistently wrong and a good indicator at times, very good when you squirm and start begging for someone/ anyone to believe your bullshite. The only probelm is you and the rest of the crud can't afford to buy shares let alone sell short so there is little chance of you getting your just reward but hey, keep on pizzn ...more

A teenager would reply like the following. Everybody listening to this guy deserves it. We can't afford to buy shares???  How ridiculous and infantile.  let alone sell short???? Oops, your gang always complain about short, basher etc, then I can't afford to short, too funny. Hey, quinlash, remove me from the shorter list. :p  No counter arguments but infantile meaningless ...more
