Black eye for Cannabis Industry on reforms

Looks like the Cannabis Players were trying side step the DEA and get the Gov't Agency exiled from rescheduling ? Court claim was about stacking the nay sayers 

Judge rules against claim from Cannabis players and looks like a murky path for those banking on rescheduling and or reform !!

seems like a very bumpy road ahead for those that bank the farm
