Should have said,  It shows that Demens exercised 465,000 options for 0.77. He sold 186,000 shares, and kept the rest about 278,000 shares.

This is the first insider selling in a long time, but your point that he recently exercised 465,000 options puts it in perspective. About 1/3rd of the sale would just be covering taxes. The demand for forest products remains just incredible, with a huge amount of product buying still on the sidelines, and is not changing anytime soon. Would anticipate a move here by WEF soon, similar to other
