Stock Symbol change

The stock symbol has changed from WLYYF to WHTCF on the pink sheets, anyone have
any idea of why this occured?

There have been a few more comments about the U.S. Nasdaq listing floating around. WHTC would be a wonderful ticker for a new uplisting.  The new ticker on the pinks just appeared and replaced the old, without any fanfare which seemed odd. Typically I've seen a release when stock symbols have changed.
