not many large buys

Another good sign is the stock is not being traded in large blocks. Last few days it was slow upticks.Its all small buys. It will stay in the 5-5.30 range until some news gets leaked.The black out period will do that.  I'm sure the data room is active. This company has a solid oil presence 11,000+
