nay sayers

Regardless of the pessimism over the deal by some, both companies had their average weighted share price over "X" amount of days to determine the fair distribution to all. I think its a pipe dream to think Nat gas is going to skyrocket any time soon due to the high volume on the market, though I'm all for it if it does. This deal is to properly compensate the shareholders in the transaction along with the creation of a larger resource base both for long term production growth and allowing greater negotiating power for future sales. Nothing to complain about.

I'm all for the deal, there is lots of room to expand and this seems to be a positive way of doing it with maintaining your Oil/Nat gas play long past this current market turmoil.

Most short term players are upset because they wanted a buyout instead of a merger, I think Wfe management' have done a pretty good job , Sprott is the company that worries me, they can't get there own house in order, check there last quarter.
