you can go look at the August 2012 presentation on their website and it shows the combined stats for both companies...sounds like Bill Andrews has alot of experience with 35 years and he was past CEO of PennWest...he has not been in the job very long to be able to make his mark yet and the market did not help...he will be under pressure to "getter done" if the merger proceeds..when they post a presentation on the site its kinda like assuming the sale...stick a fork in it...its probably done.......BB28
