Name Change

After the close of Friday, October 26, 2012. following the acquisition of Guide Exploration Ltd., Westfire Energy Ltd. will change its name to Long Run Exploration Ltd. and its ticker symbol to LRE. The relative weight of Long Run Exploration Ltd. will increase in the same indices to reflect the issuance of shares as part of the acquisition of Guide Exploration Ltd.

 

NOTE - Westfire buys Guide, THEN changes its name from Westfire to Long Run
