RE:WildBrain as a takeover target mention

This should be a very good candidate for a go private transaction in the $2.50-3.00 range. The wildcard is Fine Capital. Will they ever accept their $40 prediction for the stock is over or are they stubbornly hanging onto a thesis that was pure fantasy? Another issue is Sherba...he is a rookie CEO that has been an integral part of the value destruction at Wildbrain for the last 20+ years. Will he support a transaction and risk losing his massive pay package? Guess we'll see.
