You bullboard buddy YET ANOTHER. Made a big deal about the fact that Tony doesn't have a vote on the board. There is a reason Tony didn't! want the vote. Could it be because as CEO of KL and Wallbridge director that in the next 6 months he could not vote on a deal that he knew or was was  blind to the fact that a materIal decision would negatively impact wallbridge shareholders

I didn't make a big deal about it. I simply stated that Tony would not get a BOD vote on a KL takeover bid.  As for your "There is a reason Tony didn't want the vote" nonsense, He didn't plan that. That is the nature of conflict of interest rules. Note that if there is a shareholder vote, KL gets to vote their 9.9% because they are not WM insiders. BTW, I am a real WM

I agree with you but I apologize to people who I trust to be really involved in Wallbridge who I actually learn from when I'm off base on the board.  We have three children and three dogs. I believe Wallbridge is a historic mining camp in the making also. I just don't trust KL and Tony to be reasonable and I worry he will exert his considerable influence on the board and impotent IROC
