Leg down $18.05

Weeeeee getting there, buyers strike as they know there is no need to support the stock on a Friday in a 2% down market...closest to my buy point in a long long time...long overdue.

gwplants, do you still have your buy order in at $15.65 or have you raised your bid by $2+.  How many shares are you buying.

Don't worry I have learned my lesson, I know where you are going Johnny boy...I will feel pity for you and answer one of your question so you can get off...I raised my bid to $17.65.We'll see what next week brings.Hey Johnny seeing as I have once again gotten your attention can you answer me a question about CWI?? Payout ratio looks great and might be waiting for a pullback on that one to ...more

You already answered his question without answering it.Previously you said your bid was in the $15.50 range and you would not chase the stock. Now your silly bid again is at $17.65.***Perhaps on a fluke you might get your 50 units..or have you doubled up and moved to 100 units? If you want into wrk , then get off your silly fantasy land and buy it.Just to let you know I hold wrk in 5 ...more

Always amazes me how someone on a stock forum can get uptight and worked to the degree you have by someone who doesn't sing your praises every minute or drink your koolaid, even by someone who actually agrees with you on everything you continue to say over and over and over again....don't you even realize you are preaching to the choir at this point??  You don't know me but you ...more

gwplants, cwi.un may elect to raise financing come the new year.  Your guess is as good as mine.  However, regarding your pullack, cwi is already yielding a distribution north of 10%.  Excluding a market wide correction, how much of a decline in shareprice can you rightfully expect before yield hunters start driving the price up again?
Comment by canadafan on Nov 15, 2010 10:02am
You hit the nail right on the head.If white rock was a compnay "trading" with no or minimal distribution, then  the price could follow a more typical cycle of ups and downs. But!!!White rock has a monthly distribution of .1403/unit or $1.68/unit/year.Orin todays dollars just above 9%Since you can borrow money at 3% to 4% range, the distribution "supports " the price ...more

Simply put, if some one does not want to listen to sound advice. or does not think it is sound advice they they will live by what opportunities are missed.White rock reit was way oversold last week and is recovering today as expected. With analysts predicting improving quarters ahead of the already profitable quarters, andwhite rock is way above the industry average in yield, the only way to view ...more

Dennis just out of curiousity how many shares of WRK do you own?? I mean you must be here as a shareholder or future shareholder right??Your continuing skunk analogies is getting smelly and disturbing.Don't tell me I have yet ANOTHER loyal follower...who comes out of the woodwork every now and then to put together 2 cents and call it an opinion no matter how hickish based it really is??Anyways ...more

Dennis= yet another person who would rather read my posts and put themselves through torcher "Just every once in awhile I get tired of you going on." rather than just ignore me....makes no sense to me whatsoever or his facination with skunks.Much much much easier just to hit the "ignore" button and be done with me, honestly. honestly it would no offend me.

it has been know that some time people post on istes to try to discredit the underlying investment. So , I will use the opportunity to remind all the true investors who are looking for a long term "investment" and not a quick in-out trade.Whiate rock reit, is devsified by geography. They have properties al across canada.they are devesified by tenant. The have financing sperad over 12 years ...more
