Diamondboy I have been here before and thought the market was right,, until the buyout came ! The share price will fall because of the lack of "new" news.  The market has nothing new to go on creating waning interest in the story,, down we go to $2.00 until a buyout offer is made,,,, then the big POP. I hate this period of waiting ! M2

Bought back a little WRN for trading(help myself to lower cost and more shares, management can't help us). Fortunately I had switch some position to nasdaq tech at the end of last year, some relief.

Paul. Sell it with any asking price. Stop the unstoppable dilution game.

When it happens, it will happen very quickly.  This is true of all Junior mining explorers and all speculative stocks.  Do not get caught unprepared.  I don't see a negative surprise with WRN, but do see a positive surprise (timing unknown).  When there is potential for a negative surprise you can use stop loss orders to protect profits.  When there is upside surprise ...more

If based on current SP,  It would happen quickly with some(maybe 50%) premium. But if based on these optimistic holders. It need to move the market cap up huge. So. Happen quickly based current price level. Or long term to move the market capital to some high level. Gold. Copper price is ok now for optimistic expectation, it is a very reseanable causr to pull the SP to high level and push the ...more

I am solidly NOT in the share price matters camp.  The reason I am NOT in that camp is that if a company tried to backdoor the takeover through share purchase on the open market, the share price woudl rise substantially and quickly.  Share price and purchase prices are self-fulfilling prophecies.  A fair price will be paid either way.  The further this moves toward permitting ...more

What your missing metal is that the shares aren't accumulated to take over. That's impossible.  If something is really reasonably cooking institutional investors eat it up. So do high net worth people.  That ain't happening.  It kinda was at around 2 bucks.  I was stoked.  But it stopped. Now it's in reverse .  This may happen. This may not. The issue ...more

That's not what I am saying.  All I meant was IF a buyer tried to end round the process of making an offer, the stock price would inherently go up and you'd end up in the same range anyway.  I agree with your statement about other investors and they'd help drive the price up.  Whiter way, my position is that the deal falls in range and that happens regardless of route. & ...more
