What’s our share count after the 9 million we are issuing

Got to be close to 200 million. I long for the days we were at 90 million. A one billion buy out meant 11 dollars then.

That's how development companies develop. Shouldn't be a surprise

We were just north of 152M shares.  Adding 9M brings us to just north of 161M .

Thank you metal. Actually lower then I thought.

The alternative to financing development stage expenditures is debt issuance and the market would not give favorable borrowing rates to a company without revenue, so dilution is the way it goes.  How many of us are going to top up like RIO?  I've given it some thought but haven't decided yet.

I've bought some yesterday in mid 2.4 range and today at 2.53 and 2.55.

The good news - now we have firm confirmation I guess that Rio interested. The bad news- this give management more money to burn through.... remember, we were told a long time ago without this recent cash that we had enough cash to get shovel ready thru permitting. Let's get a deal done already without spending all the current cash we have now please.....
