Hard to imagine someone will just come in with a full offer after we've given two companies a few years to gather their own data. Why wouldn't BHP then ask for their own rights & protections for the next 3 years? And yes, it may be $30 per share after a 20:1 reverse split following years of permitting,  Again, we can not afford to build solo, no one will offer us ...more
