I think the quarter validates why only Roy and no other insiders were purchasing a few months back and still the only buyer is the corporate buybacks.

Yes, a few weeks down here would give an opportunity for bigger players to accumulate....for a stock to have a nice run it has to have some big holders at cheap prices that have no interest in selling
