Pertaining to the "Amending Agreement"... Items 3 and 4 on the Agenda
Anyone care to take a stab, in laymans terms, what we are actually being asked to approve?
It's all layed out in the attached Information Circular, starting on page 13, but all that "legal language" gives me a brain cramp.
