The PM said recently that legalization was about public health not creating a viable industry. So it is unlikely that  potency limits will change and the illegal market will continue to thrive. LPs cannot survive in this operating environment.

Doubt it will help sales.  Really need is for US to legalize marijuana to put some wind under the wings of  these struggling cannabis companies.
