Crazy volume

Anyone see the crazy volume today in the U.S. market XRA ticker almost 13 million shares traded. Thats the most shares this stock has EVER traded. Any guesses who was dumping 6 million in stock today?

Exeter was removed from Market Vectors Global Junior Gold Miners Index (GDXJ) by Dec 20, so index rebalancing was the reason for the strong volume on Friday
