No insult intended to XST but they have to find a new group that can at least promote this deal and get it to the next level. I find it really stupid that this company could not close the 50 cent financing for $300,000 please tell me that I am wrong. There are a few groups that are interested in financing and promoting this deal but I'm sure it is going to come with an I.R. contract because they don't want to be left hanging in the wind. So John I'll give you a piece of advice when someone comes knocking on your door offering you company financing take the money if it close to the market. Because it looks quite unlikely that the guys doing I.R. now are not going to be able to do that for you.
