Enlighten us as to why a company can take another companies technology without paying for it, as indicated in the law suit press release? Am I missing something?

You may value the skills and opinions of the interim management, but as I recall, they ran the company from May onwards while this contract was being executed and aren't they the ones who managed the development and signed the contract in the first place and would have allowed the contract with Veritas to have XST in the position to have to file a lawsuit? Who is the current management?
