It is co-managed by BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests directly, through derivatives and through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It uses derivatives such as futures, forwards to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of small-cap companies. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Russell 2000 Index - Canadian Dollar Hedged. iShares U.S. Small Cap Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) was formed on May 14, 2007 and is domiciled in Canada.

Small Caps Time to Shine?

I bought some XSU today because I think small caps may have a resurgence, at least over the next 6 months or so, with interest rates coming down, a good business environment in the US, and the market recognizing that the sector is undervalued, relative to other sectors.  Recent opinions from Tom Lee on CNBC have convinced me to dive in. I'd be very interested to hear the thoughts of others on this ETF.
