This seems to be the reason for the downward pressure on Evolve's share price. Pursuant to the Yale Study alluded to below the price should settle at or around $6.67. It will most likely hover at or around that price until some form of catalyst causing further drop or sending it back to $10 or above. SPACs can be risky for unsophisticated investors. Further, please elaborate on all this "money" Evolv is making...the stock is in free fall, and I don't recall any big sales announcements or hard data in the financials.

not aware anyone died and I'm certainly not going to play administrator. In your question: TCV Bookings for Q1 2021 were $8.2 million, 2020 annual TCV Bookings were $21.3 million. Revenue for Q1 2021 was $3.9 million, 2020 annual revenue was $4.8 million. Quota Carrying Sales Reps/Sales Rep Capacity increased by 25% in Q1 2021. It's my hope that PAT can outrun Evolv, just saying
