Acquisition ? Acquisition of what ?
NO Company owned intellectual property
NO Sales to do a (x 3) Revenue
NO Brand Recognition / Goodwill
MSG is made by Safepointe in Florida. Its called the TM2
Xtract Revenue barely keeps the Lights on for its own employees
VRS is sunsetted as its obsolete
The company isnt worth 1/100th of the liability of the $14 Million a year it burns.

Do you have any more info on this "MSG is made by Safepointe in Florida"? I checked out their website and that system does look very similar if not identical but why wouldn't Safepointe just sell it themselves? I couldn't find and info on their specific customer names.

Interesting... Even product names are in the same format - all acronyms. Not that it means anything. Anyway, I can't find any patent info for Safepointe either. Still want to know what parents Patriot One actually holds.

Its a simple Maxwell Coil. They cant patent it. There are millions of prior art patents that cover it. Whats more Safepointe ORS have put the intelligence into the system. Pat seems to dance around the campfire in respect to the MSG smarts being put in by the Xtract team, that is also not true. The ORS /Safepointe TM2 spec sheet says it all !

Maxwell Coil would make it an Active system though, which it's not.

Your numbers make perfect sense. To summarize in short: - don't dilute = no growth, which is slow death. - dilute (as you showed, it has to happen very soon) = stock price goes lower, or at least huge probability. I say they dilute, hence that filed for shelf. That's why I'm waiting to get back in. It simply makes no sense to go long before looming dilution.
