Five bucks is not so wild of a prediction now that the us govt is involved. This was as high as $3 CAD based largely on speculation. People just were not patient enough in my opinion.  ...and that was back before there were any real guarantees on partnerships, 3rd party evaluations, and failed competitors. Now PAT seems to have all those trending in a very positive direction. No reason why

Exactly.. a lot of investors had moved on though.. Pats literal pivot to another technological approach  turned a lot of people off.. you really had to see the vision and hang tough for a few years..  but it's here..spec value on the way.. we just need more exposure..also Nasdaq seems to be around the corner now..

I have been watching this company for quite a while now, but I'm still not ready to commit. The OIG situation is obviously great news, but I'm wary of the shelf prospectus because the company has a long history of killing rallies by dumping huge offerings onto the market. I'm going to wait and see what happens.

They basically filed the paperwork that will allow them to offer up to 50 million in securities on fairly short notice at any point during next two years. It is reasonable to expect them to do so since they still need additional funds to finance their growth.

Yes, if you look at a long term chart of this stock, most of the big spikes were periods of good news or investor euphoria that were met with warrant issues and bought deals.
