Keep in mind we on this board have been begging leadership to market toward schools for 2 years now

So first he said schools weren't worth marketing to because of some nonsense explanation that did not age well....then we find out schools have actually reached out him and now make up a significant part of his non Profitability, 

but he still refused to market toward them..

now we hear our main freakin competitor with inferior tech by the way..

slamdunks in our faces again.. with you guessed it..

The problem with this company is that there is no accountability. the shareholders have no clear collective expectations and that is exactly the way the leadership is trying to keep it.. What sales based Executive would not want millions of dollars in funding, a regular paycheck and ZERO accountability & expectations of results.. no seriously.. we get no timelines, no sales objectives

This is a deflection tactic plus your paranoia is controlling your ability to have any normal train of thought. For the rest of the sane investors out there use some rational thinking here. First of all it is easy to see this dough head is either a paid basher or out of control investor

I will reiterate. Bashing the CEO will have no effect on management  and how they manage the company. It only has a negative effect on the stock price.  You are only discouraging potential investors therefore pulling the sp down. If in fact we are being set up for a cheap takeover this only plays into the hands of the aggressors. Even with the possibility of a buyout i still look at this
