poor performance hurts a stock & this is democratic process
Investors are well within thier rights to have dissenting opinions and move to oust ineffective leadership through voting..
that is not bashing.. that is DEMOCRACY and if you don't like it then move to a communist country where you take what is given to you..
When a CEO cannot rely on the numbers to prove his worth then it is just talk..
when he is using unconventional means to run the company without results that is cause for concern..
if you want to try to be some maverick who plays by his own rules.. fine..
but you had have the results to prove it..
when it comes to other peoples money...you don't get to have a Champaign attitude ..
with kool-aid results..
voting out a CEO is perfect normal, perfectly legal and perfectly democratic according to our laws..
we are not communists..
All my personal opinion do your own due diligence

Peter got voted back in. Now it's just a couple people whining, wonder if they even have shares or bothered to vote?? Easier to whine and cry like babies all day. Save your politics. This is just poor behaviour. g

Well maybe you like failure.. No accountability.. excuses.. we'll do better next times and pie in the sky.. while competitors use conventional sales and marketing strategies and eat our lunch.. that's your business.. if whining means winning.. as in wanting money ..I'll whine.. smh some real freakin geniuses here..
