I disagree with the idea Plisken and Jah are Beast and Pancake. Wholeheartedly. And it's painfully obvious the stock is being manipulated (again, my personal opinion is Evolv). I also think if there was enough to go after an entity via the SEC etc., Xtract would have already announced legal action very publicly. I mean, how many hundred thousand shares does Evans have? Someone is stealing

@ Jah forget about them.. let's stay on topic here.. look when it  comes to this kind of thing.. it's not like there is much of a fact finding process for lawyers. I mean it's all one big paper trail.. in fact that's how shorters make the money in the first place..  they manipulate by reading the paper trail and then disrupting it with thier own paper trail..
