WCS discount
Hi guys,
Does anyone know how YGR crude may be affected by WCS discount problems. I know it is not considered WCS grade.

Should be a non-factor. YGR won't have any WCS production... Oil sales should fetch Edmonton sweet pricing.. Reported differental to WTI was (4.97) last MDA

Can't find anything that looks to reliable... Oil price. com has a heading for sweet CDN crude pricing is 120.41 USD 12hrs delay.... maybe close to that?? Safe to say a bbl is probably being sold for $145 CAD minimum right now....

Wow light oil is 15$ more than heavy sour crude. That is a crazy difference.

Its really not a crazy differential at all. A differential of 13-15 % is quite low, and is usually quite a bit higher. $15 a barrel in absolute terms is quite typical. 12-18 is a normal range.
