If rate's don't fall sell in May might work, but they will fall before the fall so probably not a good example of the old adage

Why to invest other than on TFSA

I you Into Dividend stocks or not do it on TFSA to avoid any tax deduction all $$$$$$$ is yours

half of the dividend is return of capital, so actual yield from underlying investments is under 4%, the rest is your own capital back to you, which lowers your acb in a non reg account by the way ...more

OOPS - (except for March 2022) should have been 2020. This ETF is now trading @ $19 and has a 6.9% yield.
