Where is the bad news?

• Management said they were asking for clarification on what areas the government needed to consult with and they got their answer...
• They asked the courts to have the government automatically update their export license which they said no to. This is the only potential negative if they withhold.
• They are shipping supplies into Escobal now to start the mine up. This was the reason for the minor tussle. No police or security forces were involved.
• Management said they did not want the governments help in "clearing" the road of residence but wanted to continue the dialogue with the residence.
• The only one appealing the re-instatement of the license is CALAS, and not the indigenous parliament...

Have I missed something?

I am with you vad1, clarification is ongoing THO is talking to the road blockers , the high grade is still in the ground , the government still wants the income, the workers and suppliers want to get back to work, politicians are being hounded about lost revenue, great bying opportunity...
