The lifting of suspension on THOs mine is not a half measure

act. It's a full lifting of restrictions on THO's silver mine, to act like a fullly
functional and 'permit' allowing mine. Regardless what the Quatemala and
other news papers are saying in that part or other parts of the world.

All while the UN/CALAS combo case is being heard, so call representing 
indigenous peoples' right to close down economic activities in backward 
wildlife reserves created for them. 

If the UN/CALAS combo case wins out after a new review process whether
an indigenous group has decided not to allow THO's silver mine there, (given
that right by the UN's C169 indigenous rights resolution, for the world

like a new communist manifesto right after Russia was turned communist), 
then
not only are all permit rights suspended on THO's silver mine, the mine 
has to be closed down. Probably dismantled too!

It appears if you believe IKN that these groups are very much anti mining. I would have thought the economic benefit to country would be overiding factor but this may not flow through to those groups. Doesn't look good ar am I misssing something?
