The problem is not resuming work, but stupid little people

being mislead by evil big people.

Someone wants THO's silver mine.

Once they get it after a reasonable time of the mine sitting empty and close
dow, the former paid off shiitt disturbers blocking roads and picketing
THO's silver mine will not be paid off anymore, and all of a sudden the new
buyer will be acceptable to everyone.

Even if THO is given the all clear, and not indigenous people of significance
live in the san rafael areas where THO's silver mine goes away, the paid off
shiitt disturbers, road blockers and picketting is not going to go away.

The ruling has to come down by Sept, a year after the official right to continue
mining while the decision is made. THO was prevented from reopening by
picketers and suppliers not willing to grant supplies because the Guatemala MEM
ministry of mines and energy, refused to update the mining license or something
like that.
