Escobal Restart Status

Reading this NR from Oct 10, and making some basic assumptions we should probably be nearing completion of the first phase of review depending on how long the "administrative wait" time took. We might even hear about phase 1 in the upcoming Q3 CC this week. Also it looks like they have been engaging the local community and doing their best to educate the locals as seen here.https://www.tahoeresources.com/English/blog/blog-details/2018/Tahoes-MSR-Hosts-Education-Workshop-to-Envision-the-Future-beyond-the-Life-Cycle-of-the-Mine/default.aspx[\url] Best case scenario IMO ilo 169 complete near the end of Q2 2019. Escobal restart and ramp up, looking at rolling into Jan 2020 full production. What will stock price and POG be at that time? We can only speculate.
