RE:ResponseI have spoken with the TarnsAKT representative in Calgary. He stated that have psent considerable funds trying to resolve the issue (late filing in 2009 acordign to him). I then called the Alberta securities Commsiionand they say there hasn't been a filing of any kind (quarterly, annual) in over 3 years. TransAkt rep alos siad he thought they could have this resolved in 2-3 months ( but I heard that from the president years ago )  Perhaps you could call ASC and compan and see what information you get.
