Canadian regulation

Canadian regulationExactly why does the Alberta securities commission require this company to file with them......this is NOT a Canadian company.  Do they require IBM or Haliburton to send filings to them.  TransAKT is current with the OTC ( actually they have filed a notice that their quarterly will be late in the past couple of days ) but it will be filed.  Sounds like they are up to date to me......just not according to the Alberta requirements.  Who the hell do they think they are.....the regulators of the world.  Where were they when the multi million dollar penny stock scam went down?  Hiding under their desks with their company paycheques, I would guess. The regulators are punishing the very people they are supposed to protect.
