RE:Cdn regulatorThat would be a utopian situation.......I have already expressed my displeasure, only to get a response that stated......the company must engage with the ASC for any action to be taken. Unfortunately there is no way possible to know who the Canadian shareholders are, since many of the shares are probably held in street name. Regulators are a example, in this case, of an agency doing exactly the opposite of what it's mandate is....protection of the shareholder.
