That seems low. Don’t forget book is $0.91 and will probably be closer to $1.00 in a year. I heard the CEO say at the AGM that they could sell it for $1/share but they are trying to build a much bigger business. Perhaps, if it keeps trading at such a big discount to book, the BOD will get frustrated and sell the business. Meanwhile, I hope they keep growing and buying back stock.  The key ...more

yea, i notice that company (house 16) has not bought any more share since June....company is allowed to buy max 4,255,765 but according to the last Q, they only bought 2,651,000 since Jan, 2019 and the buy-back wont be expired until Nov 30, 2019. I am wondering why they stop buying share at this low.

So the number is slightly smaller at 4,186,319. I think you pulled the 2017 NCIB max by mistake. Also, they bought ~1.2m in late Nov, Dec in 2018, so I think they only have ~300k left unless I made an error in addition. “Under the terms of the Renewed NCIB, the Company may be permitted to acquire up to 4,186,319 Shares, being 10% of the public float of common shares issued and outstanding as of ...more
