Honestly I don't agree your the metric you are using. I don't think it makes sense to compare $ paid to management / Market cap here is why: 1- The lower the price of a share leading to a lower market cap and hence a share at a good bargain price would be seen as something negative by your metric. 2- This metric doesn't interpret the financial structure of a company.
