Looks like 5.3M stock options expired on February 12. My guess is that this is what is bouncing the price. Stock prices tend to react either up or down when a significant amount of options

The lowest ask price is .06 and it's only 1000 shares!! If you want in you will need to up those bids. Highest ask currently is .12!! Looks like another day on the up side, should be fun to watch!
