The next thing you'll read is that the proceeds of the sale of those units were used to pay off the mortgages, and guess who holds the mortgages? LOL.

Onwers take shareholders money, make millions then crash the companies and are protected by the corporate umbrella and keep all of their personal assets they accrued with shareholder dollars.
