It's probably the CEO and CFO who hold those mortgages, so when the company goes bankrupt, ownership of the properties will transfer to them. That's what you call a win-win... for them.

Yeah! I hear you. Though, something is going on today with THC as it went to new low and now to normal but with alot higher volume of over 230K. Somethings up. Also with BLO.
