Europe news is exciting and even though tilray doesn't benefit from schedule 3, the sure price in the short term will. If these two happen the stock will be higher. If they execute and Canadian excise taxes drop then they will be a longer term stock. I am not long nor short and don't like Simon but will be watching to see what happens
