Germany covers the cost for a very limited amount when dealing with diseases such as cancer. It is however difficult to attain the acceptance. Not sure if that has changed  but if we here are able to beat some of the black market pricing (i picked up a 10 pack of pre rolls for $20) then you can guarentee Germany will take a massive cut into black market sales.
