Even if Republicans flip the senate mid terms. It wont change eventual bi partisan support on Cannabis. Even Texas warming up to the idea as voters clearly indicate across America they want legalization. Cash strapped Rebulican states and even the Federal Government raising the debt ceiling can't deny these numbers much longer. Money talks and they need money.  Even the Bible Belt states are coming to terms with the fact maybe it is just a plant that comes out of the ground naturally what's wrong with that?  They can't watch states like Illinois bank hard capital and use that advantage to attract business and create an over all better living condition then in the states that don't hurry and get a hold of this cash cow tax revenue.   It's like the mafia in the movie God father. If you allow your rivals to sell and you don't get in on that action, you give them the advantage to eventually become far more powerful. States compete with each other to attract new business and build better infrastructure and give better tax incentives. States collecting Cannabis revenue will be in a far far far better position then states that don't and that truth will force the entire union to jump on board including the Federal Governent republican and Democrat.  It's just a fact the states that delay collecting cannabis tax revenue will fall behind and they know it and we'll Illinois announces numbers like these all over the news. It burns every one of their governors in the buttox thinking why the heck done we get in on the action.

They will. That newscoming out of Illinois on that revenue is just too insane to ignore.  Other states can't allow themselves that big a disadvantage cash wise. I genuinely feel republicans will fall in line I also predict a 180 on Biden's part. He needs some good press releases and legalizing cannabis or at least decriminalizing it will sneak it's way into the press releases
