Tilray + HEXO Deal - Voting Papers Out ?

From what I understand the partnership between HEXO and Tilray will be put to a shareholder vote.  Just wondering if anyone recieved voting papers or instructions / updates from Tilray on this yet ??

Appreciate it Common, thx.  I am holding HEXO Shares but haven't seen any Cicular yet.  Buddy of mine took up a position in Tilray recently but hasn't told me of any voting instructions showing up yet.  Maybe it's all coming out in early May

Only HEXO shareholders will need to vote. Tilray is buying HEXO debt similar to the MMEN deal so Tilray shareholders wont be involved in any vote.
